1. Business Development Representative Manager – Fenergo

If you are accepted for this role & you succeed then there are 3 additional routes you may want to later consider, subject to role availability & suitability and only after you have undertaken your role for 24 months: You choose to become a member of the Direct Sales Team and you manage your own book of business

If you have a proven passion for explaining complex matters, regulations and can successfully demonstrate your ability to aid clients, you may consider joining our Professional Services Team (consulting team)

If you love speaking to partners, understanding their challenges and explaining our solutions, you may be able to join our Strategic Alliances & Partners Team

However you may want to continue creating a BDR centre of excellence and driving even more success.

What’s required?
This person must have already managed a business development team working in a banking /financial or insurance sector
. Knowledge of Salesforce.com (essential), Salesloft (highly desired), Engagio (preferable),Marketo (desirable) 7 years’+ direct experience, of which 4 or more years must be in team management (must have proven team management experience)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate your own leads and opportunities through outbound & inbound sales activities (with marketing support for MQL generation)
  • Work closely with your assigned account managers and support them with key research and account planning matters in our NAM region (other BDRs will support other regions)
  • Manage the BDR team, schedule their engagement to meet local and regional needs (regional sales leads have differing asks)
  • Performance manage the BDR team to ensure they are driving success across the globe via agreed metrics (daily, weekly,      quarterly) working with the CMO
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns to generate pipeline for ABX and key projects
  • Create business development strategies to tap into new markets, verticals or segments
  • Collaborate with the wider business to deliver strategic projects for the sales organisation
  • Hit weekly, monthly & quarterly quotas and targets – a key measure of success
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for the CMO and use Salesloft
  • Driver BDR analysis and deliver a centre of excellence
