1. Marketing and Sales Manager – Galway. 

While the client for this role cannot be named, we can assure you from our own knowledge, that this one is a good one! This role has been tipped to be a once in a lifetime opportunity for the right candidate. So do you have 3-5 years experience in Sales and Marketing in an FMCG or related industry? Are you passionate about marketing and branding with a keen flair for sales? Then this progressive role in an internationally recognised brand might be for you.

The successful candidate for this position will spend half their time on the field visiting an extensive network of outlets and collaborating with local management levels. They will also manage the creation and implementation of engaging marketing strategies. The new marketing and sales manager will manage and be supported by a team of 8 professionals while also working closely with the managing director in order to achieve success by bringing a sales and marketing strategy to life.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 5 years of previous sales & marketing experience in an FMCG marketing/branding environment. A marketing or business related degree.
  • Good commercial awareness of selling brands in competitive environments.
  • A demonstrable record of growing top line sales and excellent communication and presentation skills.

The good stuff: The salary for this role is ranged between €65’000-€82’000 and will be paid weekly. A company, car, phone, laptop/ tablet will also be provided. Annual leave for this position is 29 days. The icing on the cake? Discounted company hotel  breaks.

2. Marketing Automation Specialist – Dublin.

Renowned company Sage are currently recruiting for a marketing automation specialist to work as part of their global operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for best practice creation, design, development an optimisation of the buyer journey using the marketing automation platform Eloqua.

This role will be highly varied for the chosen candidate not only in terms of the campaigns they will be building but also in terms of the email production, test design and reporting. Campaign managers are the key stakeholders which the candidate will be working with.

Requirements for this role include: a bachelors degree in marketing,business or computer science, marketing automation skills, knowledge of HTML and CSS (including responsive design), a logical and technical mindset and fluency in English amongst more.

5. Life-cycle and Platform Marketing Manager – Dublin. 

The CRM and platform marketing manager will develop, manage and execute campaigns that will enrich and nurture Fitbit’s relationship with their customers. Develop marketing strategies to support lifecycle, onboarding, engagement and retention programs. Manage the development of assets (email, in-app, website, etc.) through the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders while adhering to strict deadlines and will communicate marketing plans and successes internally to ensure coordination across channels amongst more.

Requirements for this role include a minimum of 4 years of online marketing experience with demonstrated success in email marketing from concept to completion. Experience with email campaigns/ programme automation. A strong knowledge of how to use top tiers email service providers such as exact target and silverpop.
