After publishing my in depth story about the lack of good mobile apply processes on career sites, I was forwarded this example via Facebook. I think its a solid example of how mobile apply should work for every job seeker.
This staffing site is powered by Haley Marketing Group, a company that builds custom career sites and integrates with over 36 different ATS partners.
They power over 500 staffing agency sites and after implementing the new mobile apply process the number of completed applications went from 32.3% in 2018 to 44.3% in 2019….a whopping $37.2% increase.
